Spellings.net at Wakefield 2005

Posted by fwibbler on 20:06, 17/5/2005 | , , , ,

Spellings.net have emailed us with some details of special offers they will have at the upcoming Wakefield show. The show will see the official release of Geminus (their screen rotation and multi-screen driver for the IyonixPC) and also DeskDebug (a multi-tasking debugger).

Geminus is a modular piece of software and the first two features (Screen rotation and Multi-monitor) will be available at the show:

  • Geminus (screen rotation) costs 10UKP +VAT
  • Geminus (multi-monitor) costs 25UKP +VAT
Spellings will also be offering free copies of Geminus with selected monitors purchased at the show.

DeskDebug, the first multi-tasking RISC OS debugger will also be available at the show. With over five years of development this should be a valuable addition to a programmers toolbox.
DeskDebug is available for users of RISC OS 3.6 through to OS 5 and costs 50UKP +VAT.

32bit versions of DrawPlus, Vector (now OpenVector) and GridPro (now OpenGridPro) will be available on CD costing 10UKP and also include a printed manual for Vector.

In addition to releasing all this new software, they will also be demonstrating their existing Aemulor software and showing the latest developments on Cino, their DVD player project.

Finally the show will see the launch of a combined retail store website tryit.spellings.net and buyit.spellings.net, allowing users to try demo versions and then buy and download full versions of their software respectively.

There is far more detailed information of these and other offers in the press release linked below.
