Posted by Richard Goodwin on 17:56, 29/11/2000 | , ,

Cerilica's PDF creation software, RiScript, has just been updated to version 4.10, which now supports the use of RISC OS fonts.

By converting RISC OS fonts into Type1 and embedding these into the document itself, it allows you to use whatever fonts your wnat in the document without having to convert all your text into shapes.

The full feature list is as follows:

  • Import PDF, PostScript and EPS
  • Export PDF, PostScript and Drawfiles
  • Fonts automatically converted to Type 1 and embedded within exported PDFs
  • View and check files
  • Suitable for experts and novices alike
  • Improved user interface allowing a much greater ease of use
  • Allow full PS import for Cerilica Vantage
  • Allows transfer of documents from Ovation, Impression, Techwriter, etc, to other platforms
  • Comprehensive print options
  • Automatic conversion of included fonts
  • DSC PostScript compliant
  • Continuous development
